企业注册年费: 11,423美元。

与2025财年(9,280美元)对比，上涨23.1%。

510(k)注册费

510(k)注册费: 26,067美元。

与2025财年(24,335美元)对比，上涨7.1%。

需要特别注意的是，2026财年，FDA可向通过小企业认定(SBD)计划认证的某些小企业豁免年度企业注册费(不包括初始注册)，只要这些小企业能够证明，支付该费用符合FDA认定的财务困难的范畴。

原文如下: For FY 2026, FDA may, but is not required to, grant a waiver of the annual establishment registration fee (excluding the initial registration) to applicants that qualify as a small business if FDA finds that the establishment is a small business and paying the fee for such a year represents a financial hardship to the establishment as determined by FDA.

1.美国FDA定义每年10月1日至下一年9月30日为一个财年(即2026财年=2025.10.01至2026.09.30)。

2. 美国FDA要求企业每年进行企业注册&产品列名的年度更新以确保下一年持续处于有效状态，年度更新注册时间为每年的10月1日至12月31日。

3.FDA小型企业资质指：上一年公司总收入或销售额不超过1亿美金，包括其所有附属公司。

4. 小企业资质需要提前1-2个月进行申请，不可跨越财政年使用。

5. FDA年度注册费无小企业减免优惠。
